Bernard and the peacock Page

Below you can see the peacock at the "Bois de Vincennes" near Paris (France)
as I saw him on 19th August 1995
(corrected date, was on the back-side of the photo)



Below you can see me, respectfully asking the peacock
how he did manage sticking perpendicularly one of his feathers
into the trunk of one the trees you can see in the background,
at a height of about ten feet.



(I could only hear a kind of ironical laugh as an answer...)
